Guinness Float

Being the tech geek that I am, I often get requests from friends and family to help them with thier computers and other tech gadgets. One evening, Daniel Camp came over to have dinner with family and get some computer help; he also brought with him a four pack of Guinness.

He asked if I had ever had it with ice cream. I said, "A Guinness float?" I had heard of this before, but I hadn't known anyone who has ever had one. He said that he had his first one on a dare.

I'm the type of person who will try something at least once. We just happen to have some good quality vanilla ice in the freezer, so I gave it try. Wow! I love Guinness and vanilla ice cream is my favorite. Together it taste like a strong latte at first; but when you finally get to the bottom it is like a milkshake... a Guinness milkshake!
