At the Marina Village along Mission Bay, Robin (our manager), spent the morning getting us up to speed with the latest policies and issues surrounding SDG&E and our department, EGIM (Electric Geographic Information Management).
We engaged in a teambuilding activity where we created a paper chain; on each link, each person wrote four words or phrases that were most important to them in their working environment at EGIM.
Just before lunch Robin took a moment to recognize certain individuals who worked extra hours to complete backlog work orders.
After a morning filled with positive team building everyone dispersed and rejoined near the Broadway Pier for a two hour tour on the USS Minnow...not really... on the Marietta with the Harbor Excursions. For the rest of the afternoon we had lunch and cruised the San Diego Bay.
